- The X7150A vertical milling machine’s base, body, worktable, and intermediate slide are all made of high-strength materials and undergo artificial aging to ensure long-term stability.
- This milling machine features a bed-type design. The milling head uses a high-power, mechanically controlled, high-precision milling head, capable of operating within a 20° range left and right. The spindle quill feed offers automatic, manual, and manual fine-adjustment functions. The spindle is highly rigid and offers convenient and flexible speed adjustment.
- The spindle box can be raised or lowered manually or mechanically for rapid traverse. Mechanical feed operation is more convenient and efficient.
- The bed offers three vertical and horizontal feed modes: manual, stepless, and micro-feed, each offering different speeds to meet diverse machining requirements. Rapid feed allows workpieces to quickly reach the machining position, reducing non-machining time.
