Advantages Of CNC Flat Bed Lathe Machine：

This machine can use to process castings, steel and small-sized and medium-sized parts of nonferrous.
They are also suitable for turning external cylindrical, inner hole and end face. In addition it can do groove broaching, drilling, boring and tapping.
Longitudinal and cross feeds are effected by servo motor driven through ball screws.
Centralized lubrication system in head-stockfor less heating and heat distortion.
Front end of the spindle adopts three-supporting structure of two-way angular in touch with the ball bearing to improve its accuracy and enhance its rigidity
Gears in head-stockand guide way are processed by supersonic frequency quenching to ensure accurate transmission and high rigidity.
Complete closed cover can protect the iron scraps splashing out.
